Select a few of your best and favorite photos that show the best color and detail. I would prefer these to be high quality digital photos but in the case that you cannot supply these, I will first need to see the photos. If you are local to my area I am more than happy to meet up with you to take some pictures as well, see my Photography tab. After selecting the pictures email them to me along with any other special requests. I have a small variety of paper color that may be available as well, such as a tan, grey or just white. I may suggest which color works best.
Commissions are done in the order received. An inquiry doesn't guarantee your spot until a contract and deposit has been set up.
Below are the base prices for each medium. Please, contact me for a full custom quote.
Prices are for one subject.
The actual artwork will be slightly smaller to allow at least a ½-1 inch border around each edge for framing. Each subject is sized to the paper, and from there I can create a custom quote for your request.

Once we begin, I’ll stay in touch and share work-in-progress photos so you can follow along. I also post updates on my social media pages, so feel free to check there for more frequent progress posts.
When your drawing is complete, I’ll send you a digital scan for approval. After your final approval, the artwork will be sealed with a protective top coat—at this stage, no further changes can be made. Final payment will then be due.
Once payment is received, your drawing will be carefully packaged and shipped with tracking and insurance (where available).
Please note: Drawings typically take 2–4 weeks, depending on size and complexity, and are completed in the order they are received. Thank you for your patience!
Consider the angle. Do you want your pet looking up, down, to the side, or even gazing away?
Turn off the flash. Natural sunlight works best. If you can’t take the photo outside, position your pet near a window for soft, natural light.
Use treats or toys. These make great attention-getters! Having someone else hold a toy or treat can help keep your pet focused while you snap the photo.
Get on their level. For most shots, being at your pet’s eye level creates the best perspective. Don’t be afraid to experiment with different angles until you find the look you love.
